  • 1.5 oz. Plantain Infused UNA Vodka
  • .75 oz. Coconut Cream
  • .5 oz. Orgeat
  • .5 oz. Pineapple
  • 4 Dashes Rose Water
  • Hibiscus infused UNA Vodka Float


  1. Using frozen pre cooked plantains start by chopping them into pieces and place long in a small container.
  2. Then fill the container with UNA Vodka covering the plantains and cover. Let infuse for a minimum of 4 hours in room to warm temperatures. Strain.
  3. For the Hibiscus infused UNA Vodka:  fill a small container with dried hibiscus leaves and add UNA Vodka to the top making sure it covers all the hibiscus. Seal and let infuse for a minimum of 1 hour. Strain.
  4. Add all ingredients to a small shaker tin minus the Hibiscus Infused UNA Vodka.
  5. Shake vigorously for 4-5 seconds (quick shake) then pour over crushed ice in your favorite tiki or tropical glass.
  6. Fill with more crushed ice to the top and layer the Hibiscus Infused UNA Vodka on top.
  7. Garnish with Dry Hibiscus Leaf. Enjoy through a straw. Cheers!
