  • 1 oz UNA Vodka
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz butterfly pea flower rich syrup
  • Sparkling wine 


  1. Shake UNA, lemon juice, and butterfly pea flower syrup with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Top with sparkling wine.


How to make the Butterfly Pea Flower Rich Syrup

  • 1 tbsp of dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar

In a small pot bring water to a gentle boil. Add butterfly pea flowers and simmer until the water is a deep sapphire blue color. strain the flowers and put the water back into the pot. Add the sugar and bring back to a gentle simmer. Once the sugar has dissolved completely and the syrup has thickened, remove from the heat. cool completely before using.
