Created as a Women’s Month collaboration with LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami, L’Éclat is a radiant, effervescent cocktail that celebrates elegance and brightness. Built on the smooth base of UNA Vodka, it layers floral notes of St Germain with crisp rosé and a hint of grapefruit bitters, finished with a gentle sparkle for a refined, uplifting sip.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz UNA Vodka
- 0.5 oz St Germain
- 2 oz Rosé Wine
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Gently carbonated top (sparkling water or prosecco)
Instructions
Add UNA Vodka, St Germain, rosé wine, and grapefruit bitters to a glass with ice.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with a light carbonation of sparkling water or prosecco.
Garnish as desired with a citrus peel or edible flower.
