On a recent trip with friends to the Okanagan Valley in Canada, the heart of wine country, I was shocked to learn that most of my friends do not drink wine. Instead, a concoction of cocktails appeared each night with various flavors and our tours were not just wineries, but also boutique distillers. So, not to feel left out of this creative mixology, we decided to cover one of these spirits: Vodka.
